Mango Lassi
Serves 2 Glasses
Recipe:
350g Frozen Mango (Fresh mango need to use more)
120g Vegan yogurt (we recommend coconut)
80ml Vegan milk (we used almond, if you like creamy go for coconut milk)
Ginger to taste
2 tablespoons syrup (1 is good if you prefer not sweet)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (1 is good if you don’t like sour)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric for color (no taste)
Method:
1. Prepare all the ingredients
2. Blend them all in at once
3. Enjoy
